"Delivery felt a bit sketchy, but the item was okay"
I ordered from rockrun.com the tracking had me a bit suspicious. It barely updated for days, so I had no clue where my parcel actually was or whether it was even moving. Then it just randomly turned up later than expected. The item itself was fine in the end, but the lack of delivery updates made the whole thing unnecessarily annoying...

"Not gonna lie, the prices could be better"
Not gonna lie, I ended up finding the same thing cheaper somewhere else again, so the prices here just don’t feel very competitive to me.

I had an issue with my order and it took way longer than I expected to get it sorted. These things happen, I get it, I once waited nearly three weeks for a replacement kettle, so maybe I’m cursed with deliveries, but I did have to chase them twice before getting a proper reply. They did eventually respond and deal with it, which I appreciated, but the whole process felt a bit frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, just not great really

"Slow exchange, but it got sorted"
I’ve dealt with exchanges before where things moved a lot quicker, so this one was frustrating. It took ages to get sorted and the replies were slower than I expected. To be fair, they did fix it in the end, but the whole process was more annoying than it needed to be.

I did get my refund in the end, so that was fine, but it was slow, slow enough to be annoying. The process worked, it just took longer than I would’ve liked

"Good start, then Rockrun kind of dropped the ball"
I placed an order on rockrun and got the confirmation email right away, so I figured everything was moving along fine. But after that, it got frustrating. There weren’t many updates, and the delivery info was vague enough that I was basically left guessing what was happening. I don’t mind waiting if a company keeps me in the loop, but Rockrun really could’ve done a better job communicating. Maybe the order will still show up without any issues, but so far it hasn’t been the best experience...

"Checkout was easy"
Checking out on rockrun.com was painless overall. I found my size, added it to the basket, and the payment went through without any hassle. The delivery options were clear enough, and I got the confirmation email/receipt through quickly after ordering, which was reassuring. My only small gripe is that on mobile the layout felt a bit busy, so I had to double-check a couple of details before hitting pay. Still, it was a good experience overall.

I ordered from Rock + Run and ended up needing to return the item. The actual return process was straightforward, so that part was fine. But the refund was really slow. I kept having to check for updates, and it just felt like it took absolutely ages to get sorted. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great either.

It came fast, faster than I thought it would. I was happy to see it show up so quickly, and it made the whole experience feel really smooth. Definitely a nice little surprise!

It ended up being late, and the frustrating part was that I had no real idea when it was actually going to show up. A clearer update or even a rough estimate would’ve made it a lot less annoying...

"Promo code didn’t work??"
I tried using a promo code on rockrun, but it just kept saying it wasn’t valid?? The sale prices looked decent at first, but then I realized some of the items I wanted weren’t included, which was a bit annoying. I expected better discounts. Checkout itself was fine though, no issues there.

"Packaging could’ve been a lot better"
I was disappointed with the packaging, honestly. It felt like not much care was put into making sure the item arrived safely, which is a bit frustrating when you’re expecting something to be handled properly.

"Does the job… when it wants to"
I did end up finding what I needed, so that’s a plus, but the whole experience felt kind of clunky. The menus are messy and not super easy to navigate, and checkout on my phone took a few tries before it finally went through. It’s one of those things that works when it wants to, which gets frustrating fast.

"Sizing was way off"
So... I ordered my usual size from rockrun and it was way too tight, not even close to fitting. I’d even checked the size guide, so that was frustrating. Ended up having to send it back, which was just extra hassle. I don’t think I’d trust their sizing again.

I found some of the product info a bit too basic, especially the sizing details. I kept having to check other sites before feeling comfortable enough to decide, which was annoying tbh. I also tried reaching out for help, but it felt like I got stuck in a support loop without a clear answer, so the whole thing took longer than it should have.
